Azerbaijani Society of Periodontology & European Federation of Periodontology Annual Membership + Journal of Clinical Periodontology Online Subscription Fee (2024): 150 AZN
When applying for membership in the Azerbaijan Periodontology Society for the first time, it is required to fill in and sign all the fields of the membership form and send the membership form in PDF format to info@perio.az, proceed the online annual membership fee payment with Visa or MasterCard credit cards that support the 3D secure system. By applying for membership, you are agreeing to accept and abide by the Terms and Conditions.
In order to renew the membership of the Azerbaijani Society of Periodontology, you are required to pay the annual membership fee online with Visa or MasterCard credit cards that support the 3D secure system and send the information confirming the payment by e-mail to info@perio.az. By applying for membership renewal, you are agreeing to accept and abide by the Terms and Conditions.
Note: In order to benefit all the membership privileges, the annual membership fee must be fully paid by February 15 each year. Otherwise, the membership will be terminated.
