Your personal information is collected and used by us to contact you via phone or by email related to Azerbaijani Society of Periodontology membership, newsletter bulletin subscription, event registration, contact for questions and suggestions, whenever it is necessary. We will not use your personal information for communications not associated with your transactions without your explicit consent. We will not pass your data to third parties unless you provide your explicit consent. We keep your information as it is required by legislation or it may be useful for its collection purposes.

Membership Fee Payment
Azerbaijani Society of Periodontology is the member society of the European Federation of Periodontology (EFP). The Members of the Society enjoy the membership benefits of the EFP. In order to use all membership privileges (https://www.perio.az/membership) of the Azerbaijani Society of Periodontology and European Federation of Periodontology, the annual membership fee must be fully paid by January 31 each year. Otherwise, the membership will be terminated without any notification.
Payment Security
All payments are protected by 3D Secure from Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro & MasterCard. Cardholder’s private card information is not stored.
Cancellation Policy
Azerbaijani Society of Periodontology annual membership fee is non-refundable. In the event of cancellations, 60 days and more prior to the event %50 of the registration fee will be refunded. Amounts due will be reimbursed after the congress during the 30 working days. No refund of the registration fee will apply 59 days and less prior to event. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to the info@perio.az
